Program 2019-2023 Jeep Wrangler Smart Key with Lonsdor K518 Pro

How-to: program 2019-2023 Jeep Wrangler smart key with Lonsdor K518 Pro key programmer.

Model example here: North American 2021 Jeep Wrangler

 

Tools used: 

Lonsdor K518 Pro

Lonsdor 12+8 SGW adapter or other 12+8 SGW cable

Lonsdor LK50 smart key

 

1.Connect SGW gateway adapter

Unplug the gateway cable under the steering wheel.

Plug the Lonsdor 12+8 SGW adapter.
Connect device to the vehicle OBD port.

2. Read PIN Code
In K518 Pro, go to IMMO & Remote.
Find Jeep brand.
Select from vehicle-North America- Wrangler- 2019 to 2023- Smart Key.
Read PIN Code.
Switch ignition off and turn on hazard warning lights.
Read pin code successfully.

3.Delete smart key

This function will delete all registered smart keys.
Switch ignition off and turn on hazard warning lights.
Delete key ok.

4.Program smart key
Select Program smart key.
Switch ignition off and turn on hazard warning lights.
Put the smart key to be programmed insdie key, take other keys out of the car.
Hold the top of the smart key close to the Start button until the device prompts you to release the button.
Program complete.

Test new key.
