SKP1000 Read Pin Code and Program Remote Key on a Chrysler Sebring 2008

Here’s the guide to use SKP1000 car key programmer to read security pin code and add a straight remote key on a Chrysler Sebring 2008.

Key information:

Original key: 3-button Straight remote key

Chip: ID46

Frequency: 433MHz

Pin code: YES (Read by SKP 1000)

Device to program: SKP1000 tablet auto key programmer.

 

Procedure:

Step 1: Read Pin Code

Connect SKP1000 key programmer with vehicle via OBD socket

Select Chrysler->Immobilizer system (straight remote key)-> Immobilizer system

Choose OBDII connector

Turn ignition to ON position

Press YES

Select Read Pin Code function

Read pin code success

Step 2: Program key

Select Add a key function

Insert a new key to be programmed

Turn ignition ON

Press YES

SKP1000 will require to enter pin code to program key

Enter 4-digit security code and confirm

Program success will generate remote automatically.

Test the remote key.
